By accessing or using our Website or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website and all related services.

1. Scope of Services

This Website provides information, booking, and communication services related to the following in-person training services:

• Tai Chi & Qigong
• Health Qigong
• Stretching & Wellness Training
• Women’s Self-Defense
• Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing)
• Trial Lessons -1-on-1 lessons
• On-site personal coaching at the customer’s designated location

We do not provide online courses, downloadable content, or any digital training materials.

2. User Responsibilities

By using this Website, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information
• Not impersonate any person or use false identity
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Not interfere with or attempt to disrupt Website operations
• Follow all safety instructions from the instructor
• Ensure that your physical condition is suitable for exercise

If you cause any loss due to misuse, incorrect information, or violation of these Terms, you are fully responsible.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, layout, and design — is the property of Dazzling Light International or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying
• Reproducing
• Redistributing
• Downloading
• Modifying
• Using for commercial purposes

without prior written consent from the Company.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Course Policies, Validity Period & Refund Rules

4.1  Payments

All training packages must be paid in full before scheduling any lesson.

4.2  Validity Period

• Single-session courses: valid for 60 days from purchase
• 4-lesson packages (if applicable): valid for 100 days from purchase

Unused lessons beyond the validity period will automatically expire and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended.

4.3  14-Day Cooling-Off Period & Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing a training package.

Refunds may only be requested if:

• The request is made within 14 days, AND
• No lessons have been used during this period

Once any lesson has been used (including a trial lesson), the service is considered delivered, and no refunds will be granted.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refund requests will be accepted, regardless of usage.

4.4  Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

To ensure proper scheduling, customers must:

• Notify us at least 36 hours before the scheduled lesson time to cancel or reschedule
• Any notice given within 36 hours of the lesson will result in the session being counted as used
• No make-up lesson or refund will be provided in such cases

4.5  On-Site Training Requirements

Customers must ensure that the designated training location is safe and suitable for exercise.
If the instructor determines that the location is unsafe or unsuitable, the Company reserves the right to refuse service and arrange for rescheduling.

Any venue rental fees required by the location are the customer’s responsibility.

4.6  Health & Safety Disclaimer

Customers must ensure their own physical condition is suitable for exercise.
The Company is not liable for injuries or losses caused by:

• Underlying health conditions
• Failure to follow instructions
• Unsafe training environments
• Negligence by the customer

5. Trial Lesson Terms

• Trial lessons are for new customers only
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Once used, the trial counts as one completed session
• If safety concerns arise, the instructor may reschedule the session

6. Promotional Offer Terms

All promotions are subject to specific terms:

• Free lessons cannot be exchanged for cash
• Free lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Free lessons must be redeemed within the stated validity period
• Some promotions require entering a coupon code
• Expired coupon codes will not be reissued
• The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time

7. Account Registration, Management & Deletion

7.1 Account Registration

Users may be required to register an account to access booking or lesson history functions.
Information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

7.2 Account Deletion (Required by Apple & Google)

Users may delete their account via:

Method 1:
“My Account” → “Delete Account” → Confirm deletion
(Data will be removed immediately)

Method 2:
Submit a request via the “Contact Us” form
(Requests will be processed within 7 days)

Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

8. Third-Party Links

This Website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We do not control or assume responsibility for the content, security, or privacy practices of such websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss
• Loss of income, profit, or business
• Injuries or damages resulting from misuse, non-compliance, or negligence
• Service interruptions, delays, or system errors

All content is provided “as-is” and without warranty.

10. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Dazzling Light harmless against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal costs) arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Website or services
